Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who signs in to Span ERP, Span Warehouse, Span Sales or Span People (the apps). "The Company" means your employer, the company named on the Licence page. "Vajihi Solutions" means Vajihi Solutions Co. W.L.L., which develops and supports the apps.

  1. Work use only. The apps are provided by the Company for your work. Use them only for tasks your role requires.
  2. Your account is personal. Sign in only as yourself. Never share your sign-in code, password or a signed-in device. Tell your manager or support@vajihisolutions.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  3. Company devices. Some functions only work on devices registered by the Company. Do not try to get around device, role or permission checks.
  4. Accurate records. Enter information truthfully and completely. Deliveries, collections, stock counts, leave and expense records can affect customers, colleagues and pay.
  5. Confidential information. Customer, supplier, pricing, stock, financial and staff information in the apps is confidential to the Company. Do not copy, photograph, download or share it outside your work, during or after your employment.
  6. Activity records. The apps record who did what and when (for example sign-ins, approvals, deliveries and changes). The Company uses these records to run the business, check accuracy, keep the apps secure and investigate problems. See the Privacy notice.
  7. Not allowed. Trying to access data or screens you are not permitted to see; testing or attacking the apps' security; copying or reverse-engineering the software; using automated tools against the apps; uploading harmful or unlawful content.
  8. The software. The apps belong to Vajihi Solutions and are licensed to the Company. These terms give you no rights in the software beyond using it for your work.
  9. Availability. The apps may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults. Follow the Company's fallback procedure when that happens and report problems to support.
  10. Breaches. Breaking these terms may lead to your access being suspended and to action under the Company's policies and your employment contract.
  11. Changes. These terms may be updated. The version and effective date are shown at the top; the current version applies from that date.
